Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and surface sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure safety and hygiene.
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items for clients.
• Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors to preserve their appearance and longevity.
• Manage outdoor work responsibilities including patio cleaning, window washing, and debris removal when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Use manual handling techniques safely when lifting heavy furniture or equipment to prevent injury while completing cleaning tasks efficiently.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles with strong janitorial skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floors, and sanitation procedures to ensure comprehensive cleanliness.
• Familiarity with various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and dusters.
• Ability to manage time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled periods without compromising quality.
• Excellent client communication skills to understand preferences and deliver personalized service.
• Experience with outdoor work activities including window washing or yard debris removal is a plus.
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged periods of standing or walking during shifts.

Pay: $28.50 - $30.00 per hour
