Now Hiring: Front Desk Receptionist – Englewood Location
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Hours are subject to vary depending on the operational needs of the clinic)

Summit Health & Pain is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an additional energetic, enthusiastic, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our Englewood team! We are an expanding primary care and pain management organization offering comprehensive services, including weight-loss programs, hormone replacement therapy, and medical spa services rolling out in the near future. This is an exciting time to join Summit as we continue to elevate care and broaden wellness offerings across our clinics.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Interaction

  • Warmly greet patients and ensure a welcoming lobby experience.
  • Assist patients with completing registration forms and provide clear instructions to support an efficient visit.
  • Answer phones promptly and professionally.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized, efficient office schedule.
  • Accurately file, update, and maintain medical records in accordance with privacy regulations.
  • Prepare and type professional correspondence and ensure effective communication with patients and staff.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
  • Use medical software for scheduling, patient data entry, and organized digital record-keeping.
  • Use appropriate terminology to communicate clearly with both patients and clinical team members.
  • Follow all ethical and legal standards in patient interactions and administrative work, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Assist with other position-related tasks to support overall clinic efficiency.

Other Responsibilities

  • Follow all facility and OSHA safety rules and procedures.
  • Adhere to Summit Primary Care protocols to support consistent, high-quality care.
  • Respect cultural and religious practices of diverse patient populations with sensitivity and inclusivity.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times.
  • Be punctual and dependable for all scheduled shifts.

Position Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Ability to read, write, and comprehend job-related information; strong cognitive and problem-solving skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients, staff, and representatives.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
  • Positive Attitude: A compassionate, customer-service-focused demeanor and a welcoming, upbeat approach.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
