Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Hours are subject to vary depending on the operational needs of the clinic)

Key Responsibilities
Patient Interaction
- Warmly greet patients and ensure a welcoming lobby experience.
- Assist patients with completing registration forms and provide clear instructions to support an efficient visit.
- Answer phones promptly and professionally.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized, efficient office schedule.
- Accurately file, update, and maintain medical records in accordance with privacy regulations.
- Prepare and type professional correspondence and ensure effective communication with patients and staff.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
- Use medical software for scheduling, patient data entry, and organized digital record-keeping.
- Use appropriate terminology to communicate clearly with both patients and clinical team members.
- Follow all ethical and legal standards in patient interactions and administrative work, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Assist with other position-related tasks to support overall clinic efficiency.
Other Responsibilities
- Follow all facility and OSHA safety rules and procedures.
- Adhere to Summit Primary Care protocols to support consistent, high-quality care.
- Respect cultural and religious practices of diverse patient populations with sensitivity and inclusivity.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times.
- Be punctual and dependable for all scheduled shifts.
Position Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Ability to read, write, and comprehend job-related information; strong cognitive and problem-solving skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients, staff, and representatives.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
