JOB TITLE: Coordinator, Corporate Finance (Payroll) FLSA STATUS: Non Exempt
REPORTS TO: Manager, Corporate Finance (Payroll)
Summary
This is an administrative position involving various accounting related functions, including the computer entry and maintenance of data relating to production, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and/or payroll. It includes the planning and performing of various duties to collect and process data accurately and timely within the specifications of standard practice. It requires regular contact within and outside the company, supplying and seeking information tactfully and with discretion.
Responsibilities And Duties
Under general supervision is responsible for the following major tasks:
A minimum of 2 years of college or specialized training is preferred. Minimum of one year experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
Skills And Abilities
Possesses the ability to learn routines quickly, train others for routine positions and gather information.
This position typically does not require any travel.

Summary
This is an administrative position involving various accounting related functions, including the computer entry and maintenance of data relating to production, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and/or payroll. It includes the planning and performing of various duties to collect and process data accurately and timely within the specifications of standard practice. Responsibilities And Duties
Under general supervision is responsible for the following major tasks:
- Process and produce hourly and salary paychecks for the manufacturing facilities.
- Track hourly tool loans and other similar deductions.
- File all payroll-related forms into the payroll files.
- Assist Human Resources with providing information and answering questions about payroll related matters.
- Maintain 401K information and payments.
- Coordinating with the HR department to ensure correct employee data.
- Providing administrative assistance to the accounting department.
- Preparing statements reflecting earnings, taxes, and deductions.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, relevant industry regulations, tax, and deduction laws.
- Preparing payroll reports for management and auditing purposes.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested .
