Summit Pointe is seeking passionate, motivated Clinicians to join our Emergency Services team at our Psychiatric Urgent Care. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and want to support individuals during critical moments, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct crisis assessments, risk screenings, and safety evaluations
- Respond with community partners (law enforcement, hospitals, and more)
- Complete pre-screens for psychiatric inpatient placement
- Provide crisis stabilization and brief therapeutic interventions
- Facilitate groups for individuals diverted from inpatient care
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, care recommendations, complete and submit initial service authorizations.
- Connect customers to community resources and ongoing supports

Five-Day Work Week
- 8AM-5PM (No weekends!)
- 11 AM – 8 PM (No Weekends!)
Four-Day Work Week

8 AM – 6 PM (W/ Weekends!)
- Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Saturday
Shift Premium: Earn additional compensation for evening and weekend shift work.
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Michigan licensure: LMSW/LLMSW, LLP/TLLP, LPC/LLPC
- CAADC certification preferred or willingness to start a plan within 90 days
- Experience in behavioral health or crisis intervention
- Strong understanding of DSM-5 and evidence-based practices
