The Office Coordinator’s role is to work alongside the clinic manager, staff therapists, therapist assistants, and technicians to ensure a phenomenal patient experience. It is the main responsibility of the Office Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service to all patients by maintaining a positive & welcoming environment.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

ROLE INCLUDES:
- Opening and closing tasks - cleaning and organization
- Phone management
- Data entry
- Greeting/escorting/scheduling patients
- Completing intake/registration/processing of new patients
- Insurance coordination
- Verification and authorization
- Collecting copays, deductible and co-insurance payments
- Managing accurate bank deposits and patient accounts
- Coordination of billing collections
- Timely billing tasks
