Summit Physical Therapy is a growing, independent, clinician-owned practice serving our community since 1988. We’re looking for a physical therapist who wants meaningful patient relationships, continued clinical growth, and the opportunity to help shape a practice.

You’ll work directly with an owner who treats patients alongside you, understands the daily work, and values your ideas. Whether you’re a new graduate or an experienced clinician, you’ll have support to develop your skills and pursue your interests.

Build a practice around your clinical interests.

We actively market to our therapists’ specialties and interests to help bring the patients you want to treat through our doors. From athletes and active adults to pelvic health, vestibular rehabilitation, and TMJ care, we support clinicians who want to develop expertise and build services around it.

Get mentorship with time protected for it.

Our 12-month new graduate mentorship program includes two protected, paid hours within your workweek, every week, with an OCS-certified therapist. One hour focuses on structured learning and one on clinical application, following a formal curriculum covering evaluation, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and clinical reasoning. We’re happy to share the curriculum with you.

Experienced therapists benefit from monthly clinical in-services, collaboration, working toward a specialty, and a team that welcomes questions and shares knowledge.

Work in a newly renovated clinic designed for better flow.

Our expanded space offers more room to treat athletes, new equipment, and an individual treatment station for every therapist. Your everyday tools are close at hand, helping your day run smoothly and giving you more time to spend with patients.

Take ownership of your patient care.

You’ll evaluate, treat, and guide your patients throughout their recovery. We don’t use aides, technicians, or PTAs. We value continuity, clinical judgment, and the relationships that help patients make lasting progress.

Use technology that supports your work.

VALD strength and performance testing helps you measure progress and guide treatment. Prompt EMR and AI-assisted documentation help streamline charting.

Bring ideas, help develop specialty programs, and take on greater responsibility as your interests and skills develop. Our cash-based strength testing and programming services offer revenue-sharing opportunities alongside quarterly performance bonuses.

• 90,000–110,000 base salary

40-hour workweek with a one-hour lunch each day.

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7 AM–4 PM
• Tuesday, Thursday: 12 PM–9 PM
• No weekends

Applicants should hold a DPT from an accredited program and have New Jersey PT licensure or eligibility to obtain it.
