Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist Assistant at Summit Physical Therapy located in Fort Wayne, IN. The Physical Therapist Assistant will assist licensed physical therapists in delivering individualized rehabilitation treatments, monitor patient progress, and provide high-quality care. Responsibilities include assisting in therapeutic exercises, supporting patient mobility, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the care team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Physical Therapy and manual techniques
- Strong skills in Patient Care with a focus on quality patient care
- Experience in orthopedics and related areas of therapy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with patients and team members
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Indiana
