Your Mission
You'll meet with homeowners, walk their projects, build accurate estimates, answer questions, and help them transform their homes. No experience required. We'll teach you everything.
No, you won't be painting ceilings. No, you won't be hauling ladders all day. Yes, you'll probably become the most interesting person at family dinners when everyone wants free painting advice.
What You'll Do
- Meet homeowners throughout Fort Wayne.
- Inspect interior and exterior projects.
- Build professional estimates using our system.
- Help homeowners pick the best solution for their home.
- Follow up and close.
- Generate opportunities through networking, referrals, and community outreach.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
You don't need estimating experience. You DO need:
- A personality.
- Coachability.
- A driver's license and reliable transportation (you'll use your own vehicle).
- Confidence talking with people.

The Deal
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- 8% commission
