Job Summary/Overview

Job Summary/Overview
- Develop and execute on marketing initiatives
- Schedule and virtually present services with prospective partners
- Review the entire demo of the product suite with prospects
- Prepare and present proposals and provide appropriate follow-up throughout the sales process
- Organize, complete, and obtain the documentation required for clients to be onboarded with Summit
- Work directly with internal departments to ensure a smooth transition for clients
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners
- Prepare proposals for existing clients adding additional services
- Prioritize work to ensure timely, effective, efficient, and economic delivery of services.
- Document customer interaction in the CRM system.
- Responsible for taking initiative and action towards professional development.
- Responsible for meeting established key performance factors as identified by management.
- Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager's discretion.
- JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor's degree desired; or equivalent education/work experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Self-starter with a desire to learn and grow in the role.
- Strong time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Must work well within a team.
- Cooperation with others in pursuit of company goals.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- CRM/Sales Tracking a plus
- Proficient in HR and Payroll technology solutions
- Experience with isolved HCM a plus
- Remote work environment.
- Minimal travel required.
