Movebees is Summit Moving and Storage's sister company — and we’re looking for motivated Moving Sales Representative who are hungry to earn, ready to learn, and excited to help customers through one of the most important transitions in their lives.
As an In-Office Moving Sales Representative, you’ll speak with inbound leads, understand their moving needs, provide accurate estimates, and guide them toward booking their move with confidence. No cold calling. No door-to-door. All leads provided.

What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers over phone, email, and SMS
- Understand their moving requirements and provide clear estimates
- Build trust, demonstrate professionalism, and close deals
- Maintain accurate notes in the CRM
- Hit monthly sales goals to unlock higher incentives
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong communicator with excellent people skills
- Sales-driven and confident on the phone
- Comfortable working commission-only
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Coachable, motivated, and team-oriented
- Experience in moving, logistics, or B2C sales is a plus, but not required
Compensation Structure
- Commission-only
