- Schedule/reschedule appointments and provide accurate information to patients.
- Manage patient records and communicate with patients regarding appointment details and lab results.
- Coordinate referrals and assist with prescription refills.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and remain up-to-date on new developments in healthcare.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required; college or vocational credit preferred.
Clinical experience preferred; insurance company, manager care, call center, procedural, and customer service experience preferred.
