Overview
Location: Martinsburg, WV

Roles & Responsibilities
- Quarry technician employees will be expected to operate any equipment in the quarry (task training will be provided) for the schedule assigned.
- Fuel, oil, and grease as specified in the preventive maintenance instructions, and perform required equipment inspections and record-keeping.
- Operate quarry equipment designated by the foreman and make minor repairs.
- Keep equipment clean and orderly, and report any unusual operating or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all proper safety and operational procedures.
- Report any unusual conditions immediately to your supervisor.
- Perform various labor functions as assigned.
- Perform minor PM tasks, including lubrication and minor machine adjustments to belt conveyors and V belts. Perform housekeeping in areas of responsibility to ensure the plant and equipment are safe for operation and maintenance work.
- Workplace Inspections must be completed before the start of any work using the current FRA form.
- This list is not all-inclusive, and other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary for the facility's efficient operation.
