Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform disassembly, repair, rebuild, and reassembly of mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance, including inspection, troubleshooting, and lubrication of equipment.
- Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and maintenance support equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform cutting, welding, and fabrication tasks as required to support repairs and maintenance.
- Test repaired equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with specifications.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all work areas, following safety and environmental regulations.
- Document maintenance activities accurately and report any issues or recommendations to supervisors.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in pre-employment screenings, including physical exams, background checks, and drug testing.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to support operational goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
