Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Diego, CA for an Acquisitions Manager. The Acquisitions Manager will be responsible for identifying and evaluating new land acquisition opportunities, negotiating purchase agreements, and conducting due diligence on potential investments. The role is primarily focused on talking to potential sellers, managing a sales pipeline, and contributing market feedback to the team to prepare for future market strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, including market research and financial analysis
- Interpersonal and communication skills for relationship building and negotiation
- Base Knowledge of real estate contracts, documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Project management and organizational skills
- Proficient in using productivity tools and real estate software is a plus
