About the Role:
The Flex Operator position is pivotal in ensuring seamless production and quality assurance of our products. This role requires a proactive individual who can adapt to various tasks within the manufacturing process, contributing to efficiency and productivity. The major end result of this position is to maintain high standards of quality while meeting production deadlines. The Flex Operator will be assigned to one major process but will collaborate with different teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements in the workflow. Ultimately, this role supports the overall mission of delivering durable goods that meet customer expectations and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manually perform or operate machines requiring standard setups, constant monitoring and periodic adjustments in speed, temperature and/or chemical levels.
- Conduct quality checks on products at various stages of the manufacturing process.
- Perform manual and repetitive operations including machine loading and manual inspections.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve production issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to manufacturing processes.
- Must be willing to work overtime when required, including weekends.

- General ability to speak, read and write English fluently.

- Work under pressure with time constraints.
- Operate machines and perform manual operations with minimal supervision.
- Effectively follow and comply with company systems, policies and procedures.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and safety protocols will be a major plus.
- Knowledge of LEAN (or other) manufacturing principles will be an added advantage.
- Experience in printed circuit board (PCB) industry will be preferred.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for long period of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis.
Working Hours:
- 1st shift: 7:30am – 3:30pm
- 2nd shift: 3:30pm – 11:30pm
Compensation/Benefits:

Pay Range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00 hour based on experience.

Salary : $17 - $22
