About the Role:

Under general supervision, CSR coordinates sales quotes, order entry and provides administrative customer service functions to support customers’ requirements. May act as internal liaison with assigned accounts. Acts as customers’ primary contact on issues regarding order status, expedites, order adjustments to include order cancellations, and assists in processing returns and credits.

Responsibilities:

• Quote customer RFQ’s
• Accept and enter all Sales Orders, Change Orders, and Cancellations
• Correspond with customers regarding all orders and RFQ’s
• Review all customer-supplied documentation.
• Define all customers “Special Requirements”.
• Work with Engineering to determine manufacturability of customer products.
• Work with Manufacturing to determine capacity constraints.
• Follow all ISO procedures.

• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to multitask
• Communicate effectively with management and supervisory staff.
• Ability to effectively follow company systems and procedures.
• Understanding of industry standards and the appropriate application.
• Familiarity with and ability to work with personal computers.
• Possesses a professional demeanor.

Authorities:

• Accept customer information for quotation.
• Accept and enter customer orders on receipt of P.O.

Qualifications:

• 2 years’ experience in PCB industry or previous Customer Service experience
• Ability to keep all job-related information confidential.
• Minimum High school diploma.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit and/or stand for long period of time.

Working Hours:

• 100% on-site.

Compensation/Benefits:

Pay Range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience.
