Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, ensuring all work meets industry standards.
- Conduct thorough automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain and repair diesel engines, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulations.
- Work on automotive electrical systems, troubleshooting and repairing wiring, sensors, and components.
- Utilize welding skills to repair or fabricate parts as needed.
- Document all repairs and services performed in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive repair and service, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostics using specialized tools and software.
- Experience with diesel engine repair is highly desirable.
- Solid knowledge of automotive electrical systems, including troubleshooting capabilities..
- Ability to perform welding tasks for repairs or modifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive technology are preferred.
