Entry-Level Insurance Agency Customer Service Associate
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented bilingual (English/Spanish)to join our growing insurance agency. This is an entry-level position with paid training in all aspects of the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Assisting clients with insurance policies and agency services
- Learning Property & Casualty insurance products
- Becoming a Pennsylvania Notary Public and PennDOT Certified Agent (training provided)
- Maintaining accurate records and attention to detail
Requirements:
- Valid Pennsylvania ID or Driver’s License
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow in the insurance industry
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
