Summit Hot Tubs is seeking a hands-on Service Manager to lead our field operations and support our growing customer base of residential and vacation-rental properties. This is not a desk, only position, we are looking for a mechanically inclined leader who can manage technicians, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure our high service standards are maintained.

About the Role

This position oversees daily service operations, manages technicians, assists with complex repairs, and ensures jobs are completed efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, mechanically skilled, and comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule service technicians and routes
• Troubleshoot and assist with spa equipment repairs (pumps, heaters, controls, plumbing)
• Provide technical support in the field when needed
• Ensure service quality, documentation, and customer satisfaction
• Train and mentor technicians on best practices and safety
• Maintain inventory, tools, and service vehicles
• Communicate with ownership regarding operations, staffing, and improvements
• Help develop systems to improve efficiency as the company grows

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude (electrical/plumbing experience a plus)
• Previous management or leadership experience required
• Ability to diagnose and solve equipment issues confidently
• Comfortable working both in the field and in an operations role
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work in mountain environments and lift 50 lbs
