What You'll Do
- Perform residential electrical service, repairs, and installations in customers' homes
- Handle panel upgrades, generator sales and installs, circuit and breaker work, troubleshooting, rewiring (including knob & tube replacement), and other electrical home service projects
- Communicate clearly with homeowners — explain the problem, walk through options, and make sure they're taken care of
- Deliver work that meets the National Electrical Code (NEC) and passes inspection the first time
- Collaborate with customers, contractors, and team members to coordinate project timelines and ensure quality standards are met.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of hands-on residential electrical and generator experience
- Strong working knowledge of the NEC and Tennessee residential electrical requirements
- Ability to work within Tennessee's state and local licensing framework
- Someone who takes pride in clean, code-compliant, built-to-last work
- Strong customer service skills. You're the face of Summit in someone's home
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Pay: $75,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
