Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

- Administer physical therapy treatments in accordance with established protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to enhance recovery.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient interactions and progress accurately in medical records.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and physical therapy practices.
- Experience in home health or hospice settings preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.
- Compassionate approach to patient care, especially with geriatric populations.
Pay: $50.00 - $125.00 per hour
