Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Summit Home Health Care is seeking a COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) to provide outpatient therapy to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in home based or group home settings. Summit’s growing DDD department has immediate part-time openings available in Middlesex County for COTAs.

Job Requirements

• Licensed or eligible for New Jersey state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Provide a comprehensive treatment plan including goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
• Professionalism, trustworthiness, accuracy, and dependability are essential.
• Passion and enthusiasm to provide creative evidence-based care.
• All new hires, including new graduates, will be supported and mentored.
