Summit is seeking Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTA) that will perform outpatient therapy within home-based settings to individuals we serve with an intellectual or developmental disability.

Job Requirements:
- Eligibility for New Jersey state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
- Provide a comprehensive treatment plan including goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
- Professionalism, accuracy, and dependability are essential
- Passion and enthusiasm to provide creative evidence-based care
- Documentation through application on cellphone, used as EMR
- Supervision by OTR/L for each client, providing a resource to the COTA t/o employment
- All New Hires including New Grads will be supported and mentored
