Summit Home Health Care is seeking a Speech Therapist to provide outpatient therapy to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in home based or group home settings. Summit's growing DDD department has immediate part-time job opportunities available.
Job Requirements
Licensed or eligible for New Jersey state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Provide a comprehensive treatment plan including goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
Professionalism, trustworthiness, accuracy, and dependability are essential.
Passion and enthusiasm to provide creative evidence-based care.
Documentation via phone-based EMR.
All new hires, including new graduates, will be supported and mentored.
Compensation
$72.00 per hour
