- Assists with records management procedures.
- Maintains the central storage area for inactive records.
- Assists with clerical functions of the Administrative Center.
- Ability to describe problems and work orally or in writing to supervisor as required.

Position Purpose
Under the direct supervision of the superintendent or other administrator, the Receptionist/Secretary provides clerical, secretarial and administrative assistance at the Administrative Center.
