Key Responsibilities
· Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and align hiring strategies with organizational goals
· Develop and execute proactive recruiting plans for current and future talent needs
· Manage full‑cycle recruitment, from intake and sourcing through offer and onboarding
· Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent market trends, role design, and selection decisions
· Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines using multiple sourcing channels
· Ensure equitable, compliant, and inclusive hiring practices throughout the recruitment process
· Analyze recruiting metrics and labor market data to drive continuous improvement
· Strengthen employer brand and candidate experience across all touchpoints
· Collaborate with HR and People partners on workforce planning, succession, and talent initiatives
· Optimize recruiting processes, systems, and vendor relationships for efficiency and quality
· Manage IT securities for new hires, update RFID numbers in UKG.
· Facilitate New Employee Orientation (NEO)
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment laws, ensuring all documents and data remain secure and confidential.
· Assists with special projects as assigned
Education and Experience
· Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
· Minimum of 1–3 years in high-volume recruiting preferably within a healthcare or community-practice setting.
Skills & Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to act as a liaison for professional services and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (recruiting modules), Microsoft Office Suite, and digital sourcing platforms.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment while maintaining meticulous personnel files and records.
Physical Demands
Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. The worker is subject to substantial overtime, evening meetings, on-call status, heavy lifting, constant standing, extensive close work, extensive computer work, and encounters with upset/disturbed individuals.
