Your Role

As an RN/LPN, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality, compassionate nursing care while supporting residents' health, comfort, and overall well-being.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver safe, compassionate, resident-centered nursing care

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes

• Complete accurate documentation and nursing assessments

• Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants as needed

• Ensure compliance with all facility policies and state and federal regulations

• Help create a safe, positive, and welcoming environment for residents and families

What We're Looking For

• Current Illinois RN or LPN License

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required
