Duties
- Conduct outbound door-to-door visits to prospective customers, introducing our products and services with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update lead information, and manage follow-ups effectively
- Negotiate deals confidently by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions that add value
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research
- Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing questions, overcoming objections, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in door-to-door or field sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English
- Familiarity with CRM software or other CRM tools used for managing customer relationships
- Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales is a plus but not required; a willingness to learn is essential
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships
- Must be ability to pass background check and drug screen.
