What You Will Do
- Pick, pack, ship, receive, and replenish inventory with care and accuracy.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments using scanners and warehouse software.
- Record shipment details such as weights, charges, and any discrepancies for reporting and tracking.
- Prepare shipping documents, including work orders and bills of lading.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve shortages, damages, or order questions.
- Keep shipping supplies well stocked and the workspace clean and organized.
- Move materials safely using a forklift, hand trucks, conveyors, and sorting equipment.
What You Bring
- Current forklift certification is required. This role involves operating a forklift daily.
- Comfort working in a busy environment, including mandatory Saturdays.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive, upbeat attitude.
- The ability to work well on your own and alongside a team.
- The ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift, push, or pull 40 to 50 lbs.
- Solid reading, writing, and basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice to Have
- 1 year of shipping or warehouse experience.
- Experience in the apparel industry.
- Basic Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
