Summit First Construction is hiring Field Analysts to help homeowners through the storm restoration process across the Colorado Front Range.
This is a client facing role focused on property inspections, relationship management, and project coordination. You’ll work directly with homeowners throughout roofing and exterior restoration projects while learning the insurance restoration industry from the ground up.
We’re looking for people who are self motivated, reliable, professional, and comfortable communicating with customers in the field.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential property inspections for storm damage
- Meet with homeowners on site
- Document project conditions and job progress
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters during inspections
- Maintain communication with customers throughout projects
- Generate and manage leads using company systems and outreach
- Represent the company professionally in the field
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
- Organized and self directed
- Sales, customer service, construction, or roofing experience is helpful but not required
