What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fire Suppression Technician - Shop position at Summit Fire & Security?

We offer our clients one solution to keep them compliant, prepared, and completely protected.
Essential Functions:
- Picking up and receiving of fire alarm, fire sprinkler pipe, and devices with some truck driving.
- Help keep shop and fire alarm holding areas clean.
- Be courteous to our service techs, co-workers, and wholesale customers.
- Perform Hydro testing and extinguisher re-fills.
- Assist our mobile service techs with their routes.
Job Requirements:
- Operate Forklift
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time. You will be on your feet all day with the exception of morning and afternoon breaks and lunch
- Need to be able to work with hand tools.
- We provide on-the-job training
