Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fire Sprinkler Design Manager located in College Station, TX. The Design Manager will oversee and manage the design of fire and life safety systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Daily tasks include creating detailed system designs, collaborating with project teams, managing timelines, and supporting the coordination of installation activities. The role also involves mentoring junior designers and maintaining quality assurance standards throughout the design process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in fire sprinkler design, blueprint development, and utilizing Autosprink design software tools.
- Experience with project management, including timeline oversight and team collaboration.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and safety requirements.
- Strong leadership, team development, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in the fire and life safety industry is required
