What are the responsibilities and job description for the National Accounts Manager (Fire Protection Industry) position at Summit Fire National Consulting?
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for cultivating and sustaining inspection and service partnerships with regional and national account clients. Collaborate closely with the Director of National Accounts Sales or Senior Vice President of National Accounts to ensure proposed pricing and service offerings align with profitable execution.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Develop a roster of targeted regional and national accounts.
Manage a sales pipeline to achieve $750K in additional revenue from inspection contracts annually.
Acquire a minimum of 4 new national accounts annually.
Expand service partnerships with inspection-only vendors and building service brokers to maximize service revenue opportunities for SFNA.
Produce a monthly report on sales results, new bookings, and the opportunity pipeline.
Collaborate with Branch Sales Representatives to identify potential national account leads within our market footprint.
Ensure accurate contract bookings in our systems.
Stay informed on market opportunities through sales calls, networking, and market research.
Conduct biannual profitability assessments with the Director of National Account Sales.
Present quarterly national account sales strategies (Lunch and Learns) to local branch offices to drive regional sales efforts.
Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education, Training, Certifications:
High School diploma/GED, required.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, preferred.
Experience, Knowledge, Skill Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of Fire Protection Industry experience, required.
Administrative experience and knowledge of common business workflow processes
Communication Skills:
Must have the ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English with employees, customers and board or directors.
Systems and Software Skills:
5 years of professional computer skills (proficiency in MS Office Suite).
Other Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record, required.
Must be able to comply with SFNC's Drug and Alcohol policy and Background screening requirements, which may also include customer specific requirements based on contractual agreement.
Up to 20% Travel

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit and stand for long periods. Employee will occasionally be required to drive, bend, kneel, balance, lift <20lb, walk, stand, ascend/descend stairs, reach above and below shoulders, stoop, and twist.

Employee will consistently be required to work indoors in an office or remote setting, work alone and with others. Employee will occasionally be required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment, as required by company safety policies.
