This commission based role is ideal for someone with strong people skills who is coachable, motivated, and eager to grow professionally.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with prospective clients in the field to present benefits for employees.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track activity, and follow up consistently
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers
- Learn and apply proven sales strategies through ongoing coaching
- Work independently while being supported by a collaborative team
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
- Comfortable working in a field sales environment as an independent contractor
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we train the right people
