Compensation: $75,000 - $105,000 per year

What You’ll Do:
- Lead divorce, custody, and modification cases from start to finish
- Communicate clearly and proactively with clients
- Work closely with paralegals, intake, and client service to deliver a 10/10 experience
- Prepare legal strategies, handle court appearances, and settle when it makes sense
- Contribute ideas to improve our processes, technology, and results
Who You Are:
- Licensed in Alabama and in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of family law experience, or 2 years civil litigation experience
- Comfortable in court and in emotionally charged situations
- Detail-oriented, self-directed, and hungry to take feedback and development
- Bonus if you’ve worked in a systemized or tech-forward firm
