Responsibilities:
- Treatment Coordination (ability to help sequence treatment for patients)
- Prepare patient financial arrangements
- High level customer service skills - friendly, compassionate and kind
- Claims preparation, submission, appeals
- Deposit verification and and other front office responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Open Dental patient management software experience (or comparable)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Passionate about quality dental care
- Track record of working well with a team
- Financial / insurance experience
- Well-organized, great follow through
- Orthodontic experience a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
