- 5 years of experience in operations, facilities management, customer success, or related fields.
- Proven success in managing multi-site or national accounts.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable operating independently, making decisions, and driving outcomes.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools; CMMS/Facilities tech experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Highly customer-centric, always putting client needs first.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to see the big picture.
