Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Services Coordinator, located in Westbury, NY. The Facilities Services Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily facility operations, coordinating maintenance tasks, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Key responsibilities also include handling client communications, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience in Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) roles
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
- Relevant certifications in facilities management or related fields are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
