Responsibilities

  • Builds and maintains trust with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers through effective communication, integration, and collaboration.
  • Leads through challenging and ambiguous situations while ensuring deadlines and objectives are met by effectively prioritizing tasks.
  • Influences others and leads without authority during complex situations, fostering collaborative problem-solving and reaching consensus.
  • Understands clients' facilities and ensures they have what is needed
  • Aligns and tailors responses to customer needs using approved company resources and messages.
  • Utilizes internal data and analytics to understand account performance and identify engagement opportunities for upselling services.
  • Develops and implements a coordinated and longitudinal account plan based on account ecosystem and emerging market trends.
  • Establishes a strategic approach to accounts in alignment with marketing guidance, improving client spaces.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in operations, facilities management, customer success, or related fields.
  • Proven success in managing multi-site or national accounts.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable operating independently, making decisions, and driving outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools; CMMS/Facilities tech experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
