What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at Summit Events?
Chef Daniel Boulud is seeking an enthusiastic and capable individual who is passionate about hospitality to join our Banquet Team at Summit Events.
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Line Cook with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high-volume kitchen to join our culinary team at a busy event venue. The ideal candidate will have solid banquet experience, a strong understanding of kitchen operations, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Fine dining or upscale catering experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards

Support banquet service and large-scale event production

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation

Work closely with the culinary team to ensure quality and timeliness

Follow all safety and food handling procedures
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of line cook experience in high-volume or banquet settings

Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Fine dining experience is a plus
