TREASURER, Stow Munroe Falls City School
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exemplifies contemporary/visionary knowledge of school finance, collective bargaining, forecasting and legislation impacting district funding
- Demonstrates systemic thinking, creative problem-solving skills and fact driven solution-based options
- Displays user-friendly communication skills in written and verbal ways that are proactive, clear and timely
- Aligns decision-making with systems planning while maintaining relationships in a positive manner
- Shows self-awareness and interest in learning and growing by reflecting on constructive criticism and the input of others
- Engages with the community and staff as visible and involved member of the district leadership team
- Presents oneself as a calm and confident professional who is approachable, adaptable and responsive to stakeholder needs
- Leads the district financial office with integrity, direction/delegation, common sense and informed fidelity aligned with district policies and state/federal laws
- Evaluates and applies the use of technology for system efficiency and benefit
Ensures value as a vital member of the district administrative team by offering collegial trust, flexibility, support and pragmatic solutions, options/input and ideas
