204-Day Secretary, assigned to the Kids First/TOPS Program
Term: 2026-27 School Year
Position Summary:
Perform routine clerical and administrative functions for department director or supervisor. Ensures efficient operation of the Kids First/TOPS department.
Qualifications and Possible Job Duties Include:
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience with students with special needs (Autism Spectrum Disorder) preferred
- Knowledge of computer software
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Detailed oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong skills in customer service
- All other duties as assigned
Salary: Salary schedule placement commensurate with experience and training.
