What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrative Assistant position at Summit Environmental Solutions?
Summit Environmental Solutions (www.summitenvironmentalsolutions.com) is hiring! Our team is growing and are looking to add a motivated and customer service focused individual to support our Yorktown, VA office.
This is a part time role (7 AM - 12 PM or 11 - 4 PM - Monday - Friday) but with the possibility of full time.
The duties for the position include:
- Answering Phones
- Scheduling customers with our Housecall Pro system.
- Assist in managing/scheduling in-progress customer projects.
- Assist in inter-office communication (sales, production, and office)
- Process credit card payments
- Working in a team environment with a great attitude.
- Scheduling, Production Scheduling in the home service industry is a plus.
This list is not all encompassing and other duties may be assigned. Must have typing experience and be comfortable adapting to a fast-paced environment when necessary. Computer skills are a must for this position. Summit is looking for a team player that can grow into additional responsibilities as need arises.
