Administrative Assistant – Property Management

Pay: $15–$17/hr DOE
Location: Wichita, KS
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


Now Hiring: Administrative Assistant (Property Management Office)

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in our property management office. This role requires someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior office experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle tenant and vendor coordination with accuracy and professionalism.

Experience in property management, maintenance coordination, dispatching, or trades-related office support is strongly preferred.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage a multi-line phone system and respond professionally to inquiries
  • Communicate with tenants, vendors, contractors, and internal staff
  • Provide direct administrative support to office personnel and leadership
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence including emails, letters, spreadsheets, and forms
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and calendars
  • Track service requests and assist with maintenance coordination and follow-up
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and office documentation
  • Ensure smooth daily office operations and workflow support


What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior administrative or office support experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and data entry

Preferred (Strongly Considered):

  • Property management office experience
  • Maintenance coordination or dispatching experience
  • Experience working with vendors, contractors, or service scheduling
  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment with high phone/email volume
