Position Summary

Summit Elite IV & Aesthetics is seeking compassionate, dependable, and clinically skilled Registered Nurses to join our growing team. Our nurses provide mobile wellness services in client homes and are responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, maintaining professional standards, and representing the Summit Elite brand with excellence.

Nurses submit their availability each month, and appointments are booked only during the hours they have provided. This position offers flexibility, strong earning potential, and performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes to provide mobile IV hydration and wellness services
• Perform nursing assessments and safely administer IV therapies and other approved services within scope
• Deliver a high-quality, professional, and compassionate patient experience
• Educate clients on available services, upgrades, bundles, and wellness offerings when appropriate
• Accurately document services provided and maintain compliance with company procedures
• Follow all clinical protocols, safety standards, and infection prevention practices
• Maintain and transport necessary supplies and equipment for appointments
• Communicate effectively with leadership regarding scheduling, patient care, and operational needs
• Represent Summit Elite IV & Aesthetics with professionalism at all times

Compensation & Earning Opportunities

Nurses are paid door-to-door for appointments, with a guaranteed minimum of 2 hours per appointment.

• 100% of patient tips
• Commission on upsells performed at the time of service, including services such as:
• Premium IV upgrades
• IV bundle packages
• Intramuscular vitamin injections
• Weight management services
• Other eligible wellness add-ons
• Referral bonuses for bookings made through your unique referral link
• Milestone bonuses for completing appointment volume goals such as 50, 100, 250, 500, and 1,000 appointments

Requirements

• Active nursing license in the state of Tennessee
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient safety
• Reliable personal vehicle for transportation to and from patient homes
• Proof of active car insurance
• Valid proof of Tennessee nursing licensure
• Ability to pass a background check
• Professional, dependable, and patient-focused demeanor
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and travel to appointments as scheduled
