What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Generalist- Part-time position at Summit Dentistry?
Objective: The HR Generalist plays a critical support role for the practice. HR Generalist executes on the core HR initiatives that impact the employees, administration and the practice.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with job postings, recruitment and interview process, in the applicant tracking system
- Set up onboarding and HR as needed
- Complete bi-weekly payroll process in ADP platform
- Track, update, and maintain ADP system
- Assist with benefits administration and employee programs as needed
- Maintain HR compliance with employee records, state, federal, and local labor laws and regulations
- Pay and track vendor invoices monthly
- Support the Director of Business Operations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School diploma required, associate’s degree or higher highly preferred
- 2 years of HR experience required
- 1 year of payroll experience in ADP a plus
- Knowledge of employee labor laws and regulations
- Knowledge of recruitment practices
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR databases
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
