We're seeking a highly motivated Member Service Teller to join our team in Waunakee. As a Member Service Teller, you'll be responsible for engaging with members in a meaningful way, completing banking transactions with accuracy, and uncovering opportunities to help them improve their financial situation.
You'll work closely with our members to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your strong communication skills, ability to multi-task, and passion for helping others will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of one year customer service or sales experience (prior bank or credit union experience preferred)
- Outstanding communication skills
