Construction General Laborer
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Construction General Laborer to assist with a variety of construction, renovation, and property improvement projects. The ideal candidate is reliable, able to follow directions, comfortable with physical work, and willing to learn.
Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction and renovation projects
- Load, unload, and move building materials and equipment
- Perform demolition and job-site cleanup
- Assist with framing, drywall, flooring, painting, and basic carpentry
- Use common hand and power tools safely
- Measure, cut, carry, and install materials as directed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist skilled tradespeople as needed
- Perform basic property maintenance and repairs
- Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently
Qualifications
- Construction or general labor experience preferred, but not required
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Dependable transportation and reliable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Must follow job-site safety procedures
