Summit Communities, LLC is seeking a full-time Make-Ready Handyman to come join our team at Sierra Vista Apartments, located at 9940 Hoffman Way, Thornton, CO 80229.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Complete maintenance make-ready sheets as assigned.
- Turn vacant apartments
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Perform additional duties, responsibilities, or projects as assigned.
