Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the primary point of contact for property and facility managers, responsible for new client acquisition, estimating, and long-term account growth.

  • Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across Ohio and nearby states
  • Leverage your book of business and relationships to open doors
  • Conduct site visits, scope projects, and prepare competitive estimates
  • Present tailored solutions and professional proposals
  • Maintain and grow accounts through proactive communication and upselling
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Track pipeline, forecasting, and KPIs using CRM tools


Minimum Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales success in commercial painting, construction, or facility services
  • Existing industry relationships and a strong book of business
  • Experience estimating service-based projects
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-through
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and willingness to travel regionally


Compensation & Schedule

  • Earnings: $120K-$300K /yr depending on performance
  • Benefits: Strong commission plan, leadership support, and growth opportunities
  • Schedule: Full-time with regional travel for client visits and site walks
